My Review

When Jenn Sterling writes a book, it’s pretty much a sure bet it’s going to be amazing. I fell in love with her writing years ago and she never let’s me down and still amazes me with each new release. Bitter Rival is just the next book in a long strand of fun to read, pull at your heart-strings romances I love so much!

In Bitter Rival we get an enemies to lovers romance which is one of the most fun to read. Witnessing two characters develop so much that their hate for one another turns to more right before your very eyes, is always a treat! James and Julia’s families are in the midst of a rivalry that has been going on generations before them. The two are sworn enemies by blood but also in their own hatred for one another. When things begin to heat up between them, family ties will be stretched to the point of breaking and loyalties will be questioned. Their chemistry is amazing and this was a very quick read for me. Not too heavy, and just the right amount of steam for a J Sterling book.

I can’t wait to see if we get any more out of any of these characters.
