This was my first book by Annika Martin, and I must say I can not wait for the rest of this series!!! Dark Mafia Prince pulls you in from the beginning and is packed full of so much passion, action, twists and turns, and of course lots of desire. I simply loved this tale of Aleksio and Mira. At first I was hesitant as to how things were going to play out between them, but it is so well written and you really fell connected with the characters and end up rooting for them to find Aleksio’s brother that has been missing for over a decade. They were childhood friends when they were ripped apart to never see each other again. Until one day Mira finds herself captive by Aleksio. There is chemistry between them but Aleksio tries to force himself to stay focused on his objective, get his brother back. Dark Mafia Prince is such a twist on your normal romance that I just couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait to see what the next two books have in store for Aleksio, Mira and all the players in this book we met. It is a borderline “dark romance”, but I fell in love so quickly with the story, characters, and their hearts!
